Hi all,

I need help IDing a aluminum boat I just purchased. I want to get as much info as I can before I make battle with the DMV. Its a Montgomery Wards Sea King. No Saftey/CoastGuard/ID plate, no pink slip. I did find a stamped number on the outside of the transom under a bunch of paint, TRA808931274. Thanks
