TOPIC: I have a chance to purchase a Crestliner Commander

Sorry no pics yet, it has been laying on a beach at our lake for years. They finally turned it over and it was no plain Jane Crestliner. It was a twin cockpit, 12' Commander (57'?). It is floating now but I have yet to do a real survey.
Is this a desirable boat (I love the little guys), what would be a good price for a project boat of this vintage and type?
