TOPIC: TEXAS MAID SERIAL NUMBERS????

Friends,

Once more, it's me asking for help in decoding a serial number for yet another unloved/out in the pasture boat/trailer.

The hull number for (What I believe is ) a 1960 Texas Maid 16 foot FIESTA is: 21789.
(Anyone know the year/month of construction FOR SURE & does the number reveal anything else??)

Btw, the hull has a NEAT-looking, shop-built/light trailer under it, too.
