I think one of U fellas might just be able to tell me if this is what the registration says it is,
It doesn't have hull ID #'s, so it's built prior to 1972. Here's the data

0000 Scatcraft 11ft 07in
Hull ID FLZ765831070 Hull Material F Glass Power outboard
Use Pleasure Fuel Gas

These are the original pictures of when I purchased it six years ago which was in it's deteriorated shape, with a prior restoration even years prior with modifications (Cosmetic) and it's original fiberglass color is yellow prior to the blue seen here. The basic shape is original but there are filled holes where either snaps or some other items originally were.
I have since structurally restored it, and have powered it with a 61 merc 500 and currently with a 65 big twin johnson 40hp short shaft, but here are the pictures that I hope someone can verify. It's actually 11foot dead on. got 41pmh w/old merc long shaft (tired) and honest 35 with the johnson (great shape) both with 14 pitch props.
I think if it's actually manufactured by Scat-Craft Marine, was it a old Bill Critchfield creation? Anybody seen one of these.
I used to own an 11ft Cobra made in Bycrus Ohio that was similar but this is much narrower and cockpit is farther back. This hull handles exceptionally stable, much better than my old cobra. I'd really like confirmation on for sure what this boat is.

Back in the 70's there were lot of builders making these types of boats we used to call "thrill Craft". Mercury Marine made one and then there was the Cobra. Disney had a lot of them in their theme parks made by a third builder.

The two boats in the foreground are Disney sport boats very similar to yours

I haven't looked through all of these videos but if you search Youtube for "mini boats" you get pages of hits. Here's a link
http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=mini+boats&oq=mini+boats&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&gs_sm=3&gs_upl=1

In some of those I saw Merc cubs, cougar cats, GW invaders, Addictors, and a lot of other ones I don't recognize. These were highly popular until the Jet ski came a long and all of it's kin, putting these little boats pretty much out of business. But there are still a lot of them around.
