It's as simple as dropping the floor in and putting it in the water.

I can almost promise you the boat needs stringers and transom replacement as well. You're on the right track D, sounds like the price is negotiable - I'd make an offer on what you think the motor and trailer are worth. Love my Glastrons, but that one is a full out project IMHO.
