Got more work done on her and now i am trying to install the front windshield but it is not as easy as i thought every time i got 1 side in the trim and do the other side the first side pop right out again.Maybe on Monday i,ll call a auto window installer to help with this.I also put the engine on her just to see how it would look with the paint job and the wood work.

(Sumitt Racing, or JEGS may also carry it, not sure.) Seems like they had stuff like that "back in the day" when I was hot-rodding old cars. Just a thought..... Thanks Guys...I tried the JC Whitney route and the track they sold had a little metal bead on the tips of the "U" that make it to big to get the assembly back together...

I put this task aside for a while as there were still plenty of other things to do...at the point now where this is a priority...will try some of those other sources

I think my back bench seat is done for now.I also got the other side done for the steering,some more trim and molding but i am stuck on the flooring i put some solid 3/8" on the floor to see what it looks like but not sure if i like it my other option is teak and holy or just glass the floor and paint it.what do you think i should do?thanks

Commander, if it were me I think I'd go with fiberglass and a white non-skid surface. The wood work you have installed looks fantastic, and I think the white would really make it stand out, much like the contrasting colors up on the bow. It would also be more "forgiving" of wet feet from swimming, evening dew, unexpected downpours, etc. Just my two cents worth. She's really looking nice BTW!

I agree with Mark. It would be worth more with a wood floor though. I like white. You know what would be cool? If you can add wood to the bottom side of the top inside the cuddy. Vineer maybe. Really though I cant wait to see what you are going to do with the cuddy. It is looking very nice. You do great work, Mike

another totally wood floor the way you do them would be almost too beautiful to walk/track sand on...I saw the last one you did like that and it seemed like folks were almost afraid to step on it...

have you considered slats? in removable panels/sections? that's what I'm thinking for both my DelMar and my Club Mariner...takes care of my wood urge, drains easy, good traction etc

Okay,if i put on a fiberglass and gel coat it would cost me around $200,teak and holy floor around$350,solid teak floor with 4"border$600 how long it will take to finish the floor is another ?.The CABIN,you know i never mention anything about it because that will be a surprise.i knew what i like and what i don,t from the last delmar but this delmar is my last 1 and i have to do it for myself to gave me a place to enjoy and relax when i am out in the water.

got a little bit more work done on the floor.Finish glassing it and cover the 2 side step box with 3/8"teak.I think i have to stop working on my boat for awhile i promise 1 of the temple here to make them 6 fiberglass dragon to put on the roof of the temple cause the cement1 that they have is to heavy.All work,material,labour is free.
