I just purchased a Tomahawk Runabout that I am trying to determine the model and year of. Can you help? Let me know. No data plates other than the boat club plaque that comes on all boats. I added a couple side pics. Itâs dark out when I took them. Measured the boat length and it is 174 inches which is 14ft 5 inches.

Did you get any paper with the purchase? should be a title or registration card. If not you will have to register it anyway. Lots of luck without any paperwork. The Hull ID Number you show in the Photo starting with INZ is a state issued HIN. and only tells you that it was registered in Indianna in 1975 (could be a 78). Since they registered it as a home built, I doubt they have any more info. Titles were not required by the states in the 70's. All you needed was a bill of sale and the previous registration.

call the dnr and ask but fair warning... with the IN number there is a title for that boat somewhere
the engraved number means one was issued. might be better off if there are no other numbers to grind that one off..fill it in with glass and start the process over. not saying it's the most legal way to proceed but that number and no paper is a giant can of worms to open.
