TOPIC: 1958 19' owens deluxe runabout complete resto

Hello , my name is pete last week I purchased a 1958 19' owens deluxe runabout . I'm only the second owner , the first owner gave me the original bill of sale from uptown yacht harbor in Stockton ca. Dated 4 12 1958 , I was born 4 28 1958 pretty cool ! Anyway enough about me, I'm going to do a complete restoration of the boat and trailer . I just retired and this will be my first project .I've never attempted anything like this and would welcome any tips info and history and pictures of similar owens boats thanks, owens pete 58

Thanks for the welcome ! Yes I've looked through glassics and anywhere else I could think of on the interweb . I've only come across one other 58 19' runabout in n.y. I very well could've missed something as there are no joysticks on the interweb . (Recently retired equipment operator)
