Just finishing the complete restoration of a 1954 Chris Craft Holiday. She needed a new stem and some planking repair as well as a total refinishing job. The engine got "the treatment" too. Here are a few photos. The first two are before/after shots.

Nice Job !!!!

What did you use to fill the crack in the back corner at the screw bung ?
Did you have to drill and dowel the trim mounting holes ? Or was hole still good ?

Another beautiful job by the Nautilus shop Jan, looks gorgeous! I'd almost be afraid to put something that pretty in the water?

Plastic wood "natural" mixed with a little waterproof wood glue. We packed it in tight, left proud then sanded fair. No, the trim mounting holes were fine but we used longer stainless screw just to be sure to find some "meat" for them to grab.

The upholstery lady showed up with everything finished and ready to install. Tomorrow, the Holiday will be 100% complete with the exception of the name and home port decals which arrive on Thursday. The owner takes delivery on Friday. I'll take a few photos and post them here...and thanks for all the compliments!

OK...Aside from adding the name to the transom (supposed to show up here on Thursday) the restoration is 100% complete. Here are some photos I took in the shop. Once we get her out in the daylight away from the fluorescent lighting and get her nestled onto her new trailer on Thursday, I'll take a few more.
