Although you didn't ask for it, I thought I'd offer some advice:

The weight of the vessel needs to be borne by the keel, chocked steady at the chines. If possible, carefully jack her up along the chines with four evenly distributed jacks...just enough to remove the improperly placed support blocks. Lower her carfully onto the keel and then re-chock level.

As for leaks, the best way to stop them without surgery is to let the hull dry out for a week and then force-feed every problem seam with 3M 5200...re-launch the boat immediately. The swelling planks will force the excess uncured 5200 out of the seams and you'll have an empty bilge in the future.
