I went and looked at this today. It's solid and the spring mechanism works well. Has what appear to be original wheels and one hub cap. He has the original winch saved off the trailer. Looks like the original tail light. If someone was willing to trade me mercury parts such as a lower unit for my 1965 Merc 500, I'd pick this up and store it for a while then meet you half way or something.
