Lot of guys buy these trailers made for tandem jet-skis, remove the stuff for the jet-skis and put a flat deck on it. Lots of times you can find these trailers on local craigslists.

Other than that, any kind of plans for a flat bed utility trailer work well. Those sponsons are flat and are best supported by a flat deck. My 14T is on a big old 3500# capacity trailer just because I picked it up (in bad shape) for nothing, then adapted it to the 14T. Works great, and is VERY heavy duty!
