TOPIC: Michigan Boat Trailer help

I have an old trailer made by Michigan Boat Trailer in Benton Harbor, MI. I found a small photo here in the library that references a hydraulic raising and lowering feature. I would like to try to restore this feature, but am missing all of the mechanism. Has anybody out there dealt with such an anumal. Any help, advice or photos would be appreciated.
