Scott trailer serial number location? 15 years 3 months ago #35790

Rousifier Offline Fresh Boarder Posts: 6 Thank you received: 0	I just aquired a 1961 Royal Scott 15' runabout, with original 47.3 hp o/b and trailer. Pics to come. I need the trailer serial number for registration and neither I nor the former owner have been able to find one. Can anyone assist with respect to a possible location? I have a 62' Flying Scott 17' and it's on a trailer Mfg by Continental Boat Assesorie Co. LA Calif. The tag is on the right side rail just ahead of the tilt bolt. I don't know if it the correct trailer, but it fit the boat perfectly. The tag is brass and is riveted to the side rail, so I know it's fairly old. Can send pics if you need them. Later, Pat
