JIM764 Topic Author Visitor	i recently bought a evinrude sweet 16 he railer is on appears o be righ age but the rollers dont reach the keel. neither the bunks or rollers are adjustable any houghts also my computer doesnt wan to always type ts thanks Check this box to be notified of replies to this topic. It's fairly common for some rollers not to touch the keel- especially in the rear of the trailer. Once the boat rests on the bunks... the rollers are not wanted or needed. They exert too much pressure in too small an area, often causing damage when stored for long periods.
As long as the boat rests on the bunks... the weight is spread out over a greater area.
