TOPIC: New guy..help ID this boat??

got this little boat from a buddy..its got a penant style decal on the das but I cant make it out?? I know its a fish and ski model?

but no numbers or Id badge? anyone know what brand it may be..and thanks for adding me..I"ve done several old boat builds..love the old stuff..
