I was wondering if anyone knows much about the Lancers. This one is a 1968 19' with a 327 and a volvo 280 outdrive. I have a chance to pick one up for a decent price on a trailer the engine needs redone which isn't bad since I rebuild engines in my spare time anyway. And needs new interior. Transom is solid and trailer is pretty nice.

You might want to check the floors though. 280 is bullet proof NAPA has the bellows for the exhaust and drive shaft plus the u joints so a lot less $$ than marina prices.
