When I click on "my profile" all that comes up is a blank page. It has been this way for quite some time.

Maybe a temporary fix, but from the home page on the left side the menu item that says, My Glassic Profile works as it links to:
www.fiberglassics.com/index.php?Itemid=60&option=com_comprofiler&task=userdetails |
