that's a 1956-58 22' Express Cruiser 4 sleeper there where 406 of them made, they came in either inboard or dual outboard configurations, this one is an inboard and at that price, you can bet the engine is not in the mix. IMO, I'd make it a dual inboard and use the engine covers as seating.
