Appears to be made by Thompson Bros. Boat Mfg. Co. of Peshtigo, WI (I am sitting right now about 300 feet from the old Thompson Boat factory!). Probably the Sea Coaster Special model 475, about 15'-10" centerline length.

The metal brace form the middle of the transom down to the floor is factory original. The two metal plates on the inside of the transom near the quarter knees are not original. I bet the are backing plates for the ski eye bolts on the transom.
