TOPIC: Taylor Made Mooring Cover

Taylor Made Mooring Cover 9 years 5 months ago #101625

We just bought a Taylor Made mooring cover from West Marine. It took a week to get here and was $186. I couldn't have asked for a better fit. Double-stitched, reinforced rubber padding, where the windshield is and 80' of webbing, which you cut for the straps. If it weren't for our anchor light on top of the windshield, it would be absolutely perfect. No need for an interior stand; it is so taut that water will never pool on the canvas. As it is, I'm am extremely happy.

That setup looks good. I note that you live near Boise. Although water may not be a problem in pooling, you may want to take precautions in regard to snow. A few years ago, snow took down my gazebo top that had never had a problem with water.
