Starting to bank my fiberglass boat restoration points ! Wife is happy.
Nothing like tons of practice... stripping, sanding, priming,
filling, and repeat... until it's ready for paint.
It's going to make my first fiberglassic 10ft kiddie ride boat. seem easy !
BTW it's a Sears & Roebuck house from the 40's with many years worth of old paint. And I don't like vinyl !

John,
The house is the perfect size for me and the Mrs. I don't need 3500 square feet. That's what the barn and the rest of the 1-1/2 acres is for. I need some room for the 8 project boats ?

The house style is called Sears Maplewood3302.
I was kind of hoping it was called a Sears Craftsman ? That way, they'd have to fix it, or give me a new one free !
That would have given me more time and money for the boats ?

I have not been in a Sears or K Mart since they would not honor their "Satisfaction Guarantee Warranty". They want you to pay 20% extra to take back a mower that uses oil from day one. Still got the mower and it still burns oil.
On the other hand I treated more than one of that model for termites. Well built house.
