TOPIC: What adhesive? Metal "foil" insignia to gelcoat

I have a 63 Westfield and one of the metal foil MFG/shark insignias has come off. It was on the starboard aft topside. I'm wondering what kind of adhesive to try to put it back on? And how the hell can I "clamp" it to get it nice and flat? It's not too beat up but it is a little creased and has a short tear in one spot. Thanks.

I have no experience placing the decal back on. However 3m 5200 is insane. I dripped some in my driveway some years ago, it's still all there. As far as holding it down..... Maybe hang a weight from rope above, at a backwards angle. So it would put pressure on it?
