So I just decided to get into this on a whim. I found a 1962 Dorsett Belmont for sale and picked it up for a song. (Don't Judge me) lol.....
I know it is a lot of work but for $250 and it runs and floats i couldn't pass on it. |

Pretty hard to get hurt spending $250. If you can do most of it yourself all the better. Good Luck!

Nice to see another Dorsett, I paid $300 for '60 Sport Lexington back in 2000. People still try to convince me to sell mine to buy a newer bass boat or something.
Not happening. Cant wait to see more. Take lots of pics.  |
