Has anyone had experience replacing the transom on a 1978 Glastron, especially the v162?

Need some better pics, further away, inside and outside. Is the transom soft and flexible? It would be best if you could replace it from the inside without cutting the back skin open. There are vids on YouTube about replacing transoms. I'm old school and use plywood not the pour in stuff. If you can't get in from the inside you can cut the top off gently and save it and then dig out the old rotted wood, slide the new wood in place with 3m5200 adhesive and the replace the top portion you removed. That's a simple explaination but if you want to get into details we can do that as you go.
I'm going to actually start a transom replacement in a few weeks in the Chrysler forum.
