I have 62 Homelite on my pontoon. Using a 4 blade 8" pitch prop. Ran great. Having distribitor problems. Didn't have it quite right. Broke rotor contacts off. then jammed dist. In turn wrecked metal drive key in cam
Got to pull cam I going to replace cam with newer version that uses a nylon drive key instead of the old metel one that is pinned into the cam. When It breaks you have to pull the cam to replace the metal drive key.
I talked to Bill R. and he is sending me the newer version cam.
I'll keep all posted. I am sure getting Homelite experience.
Even though it is giving me fits. I love my Homlite.
