I will make a plywood box just slightly larger and deeper than the step pad. I will use their silicon mold mold material "Amazing Mold Rubber". I have one original step pad that I borrowed from a friend and will use it as the pattern for the mold. After the mold is done I will use the Flex 60 to cast the four step pads.
I figured the materials to do four 9.5 X 3 X .375 in. step pads is $96. After that I can mold more for about $10 each.
These are Herters step pads for a Flying Fish.
