Have one in the garage like that, or maybe a little longer. Needed it for the back of a class C motorhome to pull a small trailer with, because the motorhome hitch was up so high. We had to hook up the trailer out in the street though because that hitch and the trailer jack would hit the driveway after the rear wheels of the motorhome went off. It would be useful for a lifted truck or motorhome, but that's about it.
