TOPIC: My fun this summer

Ok, here they are, my 1968 MGB and my 1966 Glasspar Superlite clone. The Glasspar clone is 8 feet long, weighs less than a Waverider and has a 20hp Merc on the back. My family has owned the boat since new. It is one of two that I know of. For the longest time it was the only one I knew of.

Now I can hit either the car shows or the boat shows or both!! Should be a fun summer!!

Nice pair. I'm working on a '49 GMC PU to pull my boat, but it will be quite awhile before it's on the road. In the meantime, my wife's Xterra will have to do.

Actually, my original tow vehicle for this boat was going to be our 63 Mini wagon but it won't be ready this summer so the MG will fill in! The MG "might" also escort the Lido to a show or two....

Went to the first car show of this summer Sunday. Was a great day! I let several little ones sit in the boat while dads and moms took pictures. The smiles were priceless - both the kids AND the adults.
