This week I installed new rub rail on the delMar. Came out real nice. Then today my new destroyer wheel came in so I popped that in. Cosmetics are shaping up pretty good. I still need to sand and varnish all the wood, repaint the cabin interior, and put in some new carpet. My winter project will have to be new seals for the lower unit.

There are days when I question the wisdom of buying this one, but it does get a lot of attention at the launch ramp.
