Luger Industries of Minneapolis and later Burnsville (or was it Bloomington) made kit boats. Should be an article on their history by Lee Wangstad on-line someplace. he had an artilce in the former "Boating World" magazine. Maybe one at www.acbs-bslol.com

They made almost every conceivable size and style boat it kit form. Including sail boats and ice boats.
