TOPIC: Trying to find a boat from my youth

I had this 12 foot runabout in my early teen years about 1959, and it was sold when I went to school. I have tried to find it for years, it is 12 long and had a displacement hull, a front cockpit much like a Chris Craft it was used when I got it and there was no name that I can remember, If anyone has an idea what name it might be i would be grateful.

No idea but good luck. Glen L has some old designs for scratch building. You might also haunt some of the older city libraries and look for old boating books.

Looks a lot like one I saw on The Little Rascals years ago. Alphalfa was racing some rich kid. Darla was sitting in the back seat of the boat as they went down a river.

Wouldn't it be cool if you had the same boat?
