Late 1960s or early 1970s "Tri-15 Deluxe", most likely. Appears to have been renamed the "315 Deluxe" by 1971 model year.

Any indication of the "Lund" name on the boat? Lund Metalcraft purchased Shell Lake Boats, Inc. in 1968 and slowly introduced "Lund" attributes to the line. They eliminated any reference to "Shell Lake" after a few years.
