Just enter "boat step pads" into the search box. Fisheries Supply (online) also offers a couple of good looking step pads. Again, enter "step pads" into the search box. Good luck. Mine came with wood when i got it so i built duplicates with mohogany but i think chrome and white wound be much better. What model boat is that? Glastron right? Here's a shot of some of the material I got from Wefco. I had a big order with some window trim and Rub rail when I did my 17' Skagit and Pete told me there was a minimum order on the step material? You could call them and see if you can get some the next time they do an extrusion. I don't think they have it in inventory. It comes in strips and you cut to length . Wefco Rubber

It may not work well, but it is my best alternative until I can find some white rubber to replace it with. It will be much safer boarding for my passengers. One piece is the size of the frame and the other the size of the opening and put sticky to sticky. Not perfect but works OK. Here's a pic of them on my Tomahawk.
