TOPIC: 1959 Fleetform Commodore

Putting the finishing touches on my 1959 Fleetform. Its all painted, interior installed. Installing a new water pump on motor and waiting for chrome to come back from the chrome shop. I have the factory aluminum rub rail pieces but I am looking for a rubber moulding to put behind it. The edge around the boat measures 1 inch wide and the aluminum pieces (inserts) measure 1/2 inch wide. Should the rubber rub rail be slightly more than 1 inch wide? Seems like most pieces i've looked at have a lip that rolls over the edge of the boat. Does anyone have a part # or place I should look? Also still looking for a windshield. Any info will be a big help.
