If I'm not mistaken it was produced in England and later distributed by North American Marine in Warsaw,Indiana. I've got some stuff somewhere on it.

I had to Google it, since they didn't have a very good pic of it on the auction listing... Apparently they were made by the Vincent Motorcycle Company. Pretty cool!
It's not too far from me, either... And, Small enough to hide from the wife- Hmmm.... |
