TOPIC: Should I keep it?

Neighbor gave me a 1968 Glastron Futura v153 last Friday. I put some new tires on it and towed it home. Today I pulled the decking off to examine what was underneath. It’s a horror show. The entire fiberglass decking is badly deteriorated and the stringers are all completely rotted. I got rid of all the foam as it was completely soaked. The hull looks fantastic with no cracks, bubbling or peeling so I’m feeling pretty good about that. No idea about the current status of the outboard. But it looks pretty strong. What are the top five things I need to do right out of the gate?

1 это нужно очистить лодку изнутри ит всего лишнего. 2 снять небольшой верхний слой смалы от порофина замотовать 3 изготовить каркас жосткости. 4 все это аккуратненько в клеить. И ВСЁ..

Original question....hell ya keep it. you already have money invested in tires.
Couldn't read those answers but here's what I would do since you asked.
1. pull off the motor and controls.
2. remove all the brightwork and hardware.
3. completely gut and trash everything not bolted down.
4. hi-pressure wash inside and out
5. make a punch list starting with major structure repairs, floor, transom, etc.
