TOPIC: Victor Le Baron information request

I am currently helping my neighbor clean out her storage building and she has quite a few glasses in need of restoration. She has a Victor LeBaron that is missing the windshield and in need of a complete restoration. Can anyone tell me where there were manufactured and how long they were in business? Fins on this model are huge!
