TOPIC: ok i got my bilge pump auto switch figured out

ok remember long time and far far far ago i had my floor out and i had five stringers and the center was open and in the bottom i believe the little v groove was for funneling water. Well my bilge pump would not fit in the bilge so i got a marine pump and installed it and plumbed it to the groove. I need a external float switch , i was going to make one and i remember running across one of these awhile back. aquarium wired liquid float switch no nc circuit . this will fit right in the groove it will move about 1/2"
to trip. A regular auto float switch wont work, too much water will fill before the standard ones will kick in. so i drop this in the groove and walla good to go .
