Looking for help with 50 hp. Evinrude 1986. Moving the tilt lever up doesn't let the tilt locks release all the way. Have to have two people to slide the release all the way. Is there a shot spring, or what? Also, can't tilt the motor from inside the boat even when released. (It's two heavy. I'm too old and weak.) Is it practical to add a power tilt?
