Not sure it is Evinrude? It is on the Center Cap of this steering Wheel that I picked up at the local thrift store. Thanks

Yes Evinrude did have a few branded boats in the mid-60's:
But that cap isn't from an Evinrude branded boat..... Custom Craft maybe: 
Similar ^^^ but not quite right, IMO. But it does look like 2 C's on the center cap to me......... |

It looks to me like the orientation of the logo is as pictured. 2 "V"s, or "U"s in the water with a bird overhead? Just a guess. Thanks

could be a stylized W like wellcraft too small for sailboat so must be wood power boat. What part of the country are you?

It's a Volkswagen logo just kidding it's an evinrude logo I guess there's no room that's why 1 of the v is on top of the other to make the letter e for evinrude just my guess.

When I first eyeballed it I saw the overlapping C's and thought Chris Craft. Maybe from one of their cruisers or a Roamer
