A friend who's not online asked me to find out what motor this junction box is off - he'd got it off redundant dealer stock & offered it to me to take the solenoid from for my '64 40hp, but to be frank I wasn't happy, as is NOS. It looks like a mid-60s V4 to me, but does anyone recognise this for sure?

Mid 60's V-4 75/90 HP electric shift with the monstrous flywheel alternator / stator.

Interestingly, I have one of those motors in 75hp, it has no junction box anywhere in the boat. Apparently the contents of the box were relocated under the engine cowl...
