The ears on Forward and the shift dogs are rounded & jumping out of gear; finding an affordable solution is proving difficult (or more expensive than the whole boat & motor). Are the gears in the electric shift models the same? My parts book shows I need 377870 for the gear and 307095- superceded by 312054- for the dog. Also need main bearing # 377887. Anybody have spares? Thanks.

I shifted good when I got it but compression was way to low for a runner. I would rather sell the whole lower unit then take apart. If you wnat it let me know.
