That appears to be the electric shift version.

Nothing wrong with the concept of electric shift in my opinion.

Make sure you get everything to do with controls / junction boxes etc.

Keep water out of the lower unit gear oil ( type-C ) and you will be fine.

Might want to do a compression test before handing over hard earned cash too.
