Hy there. I just got my controls to day and i was wondering which lever do you use fore throttle the long one or the short one? thanks Brian.

I believe the longer shaft is throttle and shorter is shift?
hopefully someone will confirm this or correct me

59Banshee is correct and they can be mounted on either side of boat.
