TOPIC: 1966 Starflite 100-s stator

once again on my 1966 Evinrude Starflite 100-S i dont think it is charging my battery so i was wondering if someone could lead me in the right direction to testing the charging system i have a "T" shaped connector with 2 yellow wires and a "T" shaped connector with a red wire and a black wire coming out of the stator. i am not sure what way is the best way to test it?

Here's the wiring diagram for the '66 Evinrude 80 and 100 HP motors which might assist you. I see there is a fuse to be checked before going much further. This is of course an AC charging system rather than the generator DC charging system of the earlier motors.
