TOPIC: Manuals

Hi folks,

I dug into the achives and I have two items that may be of interest. I have a Fourth Edition Outboard Motor Service Manual from abos Marine Publications and I have a 1964 Evenrude Parts Catalog for a Sportfour 60 HP.

I can probably get the items scanned and published in pdf's if there is an interest.

If nobody here is interested I would like a copy of both.

I have copies of a 1955 Johnson 25 manual and parts cataloug I have scaned to PDF as well as a 197?1?2 Mercury 402 and 500 owners manual if any one has an interest all are in PDF format and can be shared. may have some others as well would have to scan them in.

I have about 40 motors Most are Johnson and Evinrude with a bunch of others mix in. Motor from 1937 to 1985 and from 1 1/2 to 75hp

I have the following Catalogs and Manuals- that I'm willing to scan or provide exerps from. Some may/will take awhile (Service Manual)... so if you need something specific.. just ask.
These are original manuals I have collected for motors that I own/owned.. so they are NOT copies of other people's work.
I have already provided several people with PDF's of some sections.
I do have a few of the newer reprints- that I won't reproduce- but willing to provide specific info to those in-need. If/When I purchase originals- I will scan and post them.

1) Johnson Service Manual- Tenth Edition, covers 1922-1964

2) 1957 Johnson Motors Parts Catalog- Models RDE-RDEL-19 and 19M 35HP (old photocopy reprint (relatively poor) that came with my motor)

3) 1963 Evinrude Starflite 75HP Parts Manual- Models 75392-75393E (original)

***I plan on scanning the manuals above as I get time.

4) 1963 Evinrude Starflite 75HP Owners Manual- Models 75392, 75393, 75382, 75383 (New reprint)

I would also like to request any scans/materials on 1978 Mercury 1400 outboards. Service Manual, Parts Catalog, Original Brochures,Magazine Ads, etc.. It seems I have a very early serial number- the 12th 1978 1400 made.
Willing to scan, clean up, convert to PDF and return originals if you don't wish to sell yours.

Greetings all -
Some where along the treads on my scrap pile '54 fast-twin ("my civic duty fullfilled" and "'54 fast twin flywheel removal") someone provided me with a PDF of the parts catalog for that model. I ruined the print out of it in a coffee flood, and now cant find the .pdf I downloaded.

Anyone recall sending/posting that? Or does anyone have one they can send me?
