TOPIC: remembering Dan Gano

Recently learned that Dan Gano of Spirit Lake Iowa has passed.
Some of you may have known of him as a major dealer of vintage OMC parts over many years.

About 25 yrs ago while working for a boat dealer in Vermont I sold him their 50 year inventory of vintage OMC parts.
He was very nice to work with and subsequently I also bought parts from him over the following years.
He retired from the business some years ago, am not sure who continues it today.
Dan was a nice fellow who will be missed.
