TOPIC: Placement of kicker on bracket…

Just took a ragged out 2006 Johnson 9.9 and restored it for personal use. Mounted it all up and it looks like I would be much more comfortable with another inch between the kicker and my main outboard. Can I slide it to the far port side of the mount and bilt it back in, or do I have to move the entire mount further port? Thank you
