Is that the skeg that is kinda curvy?

I had a local prop shop make and weld a new one for me many years ago.
It's not that hard to do. Some local aluminum welders in you area could probably quote you a price.

Just purchased one form MarineTech. It is 316 SS and recommended for 90-140 hp Evinrude and Johnson 2 stroke outboards for 1980-2001. Its called a Safe-Skeg #35-ss635

This is a picture of the lower unit (not mine!!, you can tell, the skeg is intact))

The part number is 0982111 for the case itself. Is there any way to cross reference this number to see what other year motors might use this?
